These transfers are carried out under appropriate contractual safeguards that ensure an equivalent level of data protection in accordance with applicable regulations.

This includes the use of encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure cloud storage with Microsoft Azure, DDoS and bot protection through Cloudflare, and restricted access to personal data limited exclusively to authorized personnel.
